Stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was unique and reasonably clean, had lovely views, favourable location in a highly popular area near Hyde Park. The room was large and air-conditioned when I arrived. The spacious bathroom with a hairdryer, shower caps and bath sheets. The personnel was efficient and lively.

The double room at Hux Hotel in Kensington, London had under-floor heating, a living area, and a safe. it offered a beautiful city view and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service and even accommodated our early check-out.

I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed.

The rooms here have air conditioning and a mirror in the bathroom.

Everything was lovely, flexible staff, nice views to Kensington park. I loved the signature double room which was compact. It was nice to have an electric kettle and glassware available. The location was easy, next to a garden and a park. It was minutes from Tasty Korea, where you can have dinner. The place was minutes away from an underground station.

Plenty of supplies in the room: pay TV, ironing facilities and a writing table. Handy location to a famous museum;)))

Very convenient location for transport around the city. Pleasant rooms - bed reasonable comfortable. Light breakfast doom on first level.

Phone charges from room outrageously expensive compared to normal rates. Single room too small - only 50cms between end of bed and wall opposite. Difficult to move from one side of bed to other. No lift between ground floor and 1st Reception level. Cheap strong tea bags in rooms. Breakfast could be better quality with Wholedoods shop a few days away. Food was Like packaged things.

We liked the modern design of the rooms, and that the hotel was very clean.

The only down side to the hotel was the rooms are too small.

The deluxe room here is newly renovated, top-notch, and up to par. 🌟
